When I see images like this, the ruins, the emptiness, I also have a vision of ghost or the spirits of the life that could have existed in the area of the ruins. It is a strange sensation. I love ruins, they have a continuity of a strange sort, whether it is old homesteads, or barns, castles or simple an old foundation. It seems nature always takes them back has her own, and the animals no longer fear their presence. Wonderful work Hew!
