The countess of Llangollan was almost ready for an afternoon in the Royal Lounge. If only Lady Marjorie, her infernal stepdaughter wouldn't wear almost the same hat and think it funny! If only the Earl would arrive. If only the wind would leave her hat alone. And her shoes... too outré? Goodness!
