Great Europian motor. In the US electrics only run on the Eastern corridor from DC to NY. I have HO model pics of an E-60 Rectifier and GG-1 on my site.

WOW!! i totally adore this scene~!!! gosh , what a cool old train car ( love its look and color FANTASTIC ) and nostolgic mid century type of image like something right out of a movie ofter days gone by !!... amazing work and perspective (...we have an old train station like that here 'bout a mile from where i live in Newhall thats recently been moved and preserved but not used how i wish it were !) brilliant work ..as always my friend!!

This is simply fantastic - you can't get much more realistic than this. My only criticism (and it is very, very minor) is that my eye wants to see more variety in the wooden supports -- whatever they're called -- and the stone around them. Having walked the rails more than a few times, I know that these things normally have a host of splits, dings, and imperfections. Likewise the gravel around them often gets washed and pushed into less-than-precise piles. I'd have to say this is 5-plus work. How about a ten?
