Ok ok ok, I know, it's Fort Brockhurst - AGAIN!
But, this time really is different. It's my first ever HDR image.
Ok, I'm thinking the the fort wasn't the ideal place to do HDR, and maybe I should have cropped a lot of this pic, but I guess I wanted to show you the good and bad of my first try! Also thinking that maybe I need something much more colourful for my next attempt...
Exposures used were -2.1, -1.1, 0.0, +1.0, + 2.1... So, I'm also kinda thinking that I may have gone too far with the exposures, and it might have been better with just going a couple either way of the 0.0 in just thirds... Trial and error I guess!
Anyway, enough of my ramble! I do like the water and fort itself though... Lol
Oh, the pic(s) were taken with my Fuji 5600... The exif data is lost with the merging of files. Grrrrrrr.

Right, Ok I'm guessing now. Is this Fort Brockhurst? I think you are trying to trick us, I think this is where you live, cause you spend all your time here. I fink Dave has you locked up in the dungeon here. You can't get out so you have to keep taking pictures of the same place. Have I guessed enough? Great picture's Tracey, I take it that you take several shots of the same scene and then merge them in psp, I'm guessing again. You will have to explain a bit, I have heard the expression HDR but don't know what it is. So come on, tell. If I have guessed right, then it is a good merge but I think a little flat. I'm going of the wall and grass bank on the left, it used to have 'zing' It may be that you do need something with more colour like you said. If you check out the greenery in the foreground, bottom left, it looks like the camera moved a tad for four exposures, you must have used at least four layers merged. Hey!! you're trying something new, learning a new technique, I applaud you. Well done you! I still like the photo though. Bravo!!!!!
