Je ne suis pas le genre de journaliste qui va d´une guerre à l´autre et oublie aussitôt, comme s´il n´avait rien vu, sans se soucier de ce que les gens sont devenus.
Après la guerre au Timor, em septembre/octobre 1999, je suis revenue neuf fois, une desquelles j´ai vecu là bas pendant un an.
Cela m´a permis d´être témoin aussi bien de la destruction comme de la reconstruction du pays.

Notre ami Richard a raison, je connais pratiquement tous les BOONDOCKS du Timor Oriental. D´ailleurs, j´ai un faible pour les trous paumés partout dans le monde. :-))
Mais, en prime, j´ai pu voir ce genre d´image, vraiment dans un BOONDOCK impossible.....

I am not the kind of journalist who goes from one war to another and forgets all, like anything was happen, without being concerned with what people became.
After the war in Timor, September/October 1999, I returned nine times, one of which I lived there during a year.
I am the witness of the destuction like the birth and reconstruction of a nation.

Our friend Richard have reason, I know practically all BOONDOCKS of East Timor. I admitted, I have a preference for all BOONDOCKS across the worlds : -))
But, in premium, I can see this kind of image, take in an impossible BOONDOCK .....

Thank you for giving us this picture. Fantastic pic. And I hope that the guy on the picture are safe now. I know that two persons from East-Timor got the nobel price for their work in East-Timor. And I hope that it is peace now in East-Timor.:-)hugs sessan

Magnificent capture, it is good that the boy's can now have fun, but I think who are these boys do they still have a home and parents to fend for them or are they orphans of war? I hope they have family to care for them when the fun is finished. Bravo!!!!!

Querida amiga , Quien se imagina, quien piensa que en un segundo la vida cambia y mas si se trata de GUERRA....... quien puede tan solo mirar esas caras dulces y despues el dolor de ver como hay seres no humanos que transforman a niños y adultos en caras de dolor... mi admiracion y mi respeto a ti Rosely, por tan bello corazon y ese Don que Dios te dío , para captar en un segundo tanta bondad o tanto dolor .......
