Born in Hilo, Hawaii and class of '66, I became very active in Barbells, Judo and love striking the heavy/speed bag. I've learned to Rollerblade and bike ride which is a very health sport. But time doesn't stop for anyone including for me. So my good friend Dave aka punaguy got me started in taking pictures. I'm having fun taking pictures especially hiking the mountains. I'm enjoying seeing the world thru your post on Renderosity. Mahalo and Aloha....Errol

It is a superb shot, Errol!! I am worried where you are standing. Such a powerful force in this water. You captured that perfectly. Aloha. Diane.

Well, I suppose that would be a matter of concern. This is a fabulous capture of the water rapids -- similar to the Colorado River rapids -- as it comes splashing down the vista. Again, just the right shutter speed setting.

I really like the low angle on this one. It looks like you might get kicked in along with the camera. Great job with this difficult lighting, too.

A glorious scene :)

This is a wonderful shot! I think it's better than those postcards that get flogged at all the national parks, IMHO.
