I found Renderosity late on in 2003 and have since become an avid viewer of the tremendous talent on display. My contribution is just pictures I've drawn, daft sketches, favorite photos (mostly of landscapes and mountain days out) and comments and laughs with other members. Thanks to all at Renderosity and to people who contribute some amazing images and ideas.

Wow. Amazing artwork! I've never seen anything like this on a castle before. Not sure how I feel about that! I'm of two minds. (One mind strongly disapproves, and the other says it's now part of the castle's history, oh well.) But hey - your photograph is excellent!!

Reminds me of an old grain building in town; where great artists in the area got together and covered it with beautiful artwork like this ... so sad to see them tear it down though :( This is great; I'd love to see more angles of this. Thanks for sharing.

I saw this on TV about 4 months ago. The castle has some major work to be done on it ( the rendering needed replaced due to the damage it was doing to the wall ) so the owner, the Earl of Glasgow, allowed Brazililan artists to decorate it. In two years the render and of course the grafitti, will be removed. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/glasgow_and_west/6656189.stm refers. I helped take secondary pupils to Kelburn, on a school trip, in the mid 1970s. They enjoyed the adventure playground etc. Regards, John.

Must have made quite a background for that battle pic you just uploaded. I doubt the vikings ever saw anything like this! Cool one, Anthony. Aye, great 'eye' candy.

It is kinda cool. I agree with auntietk, too, that of being two minds about it. It's rather a sad commentary we cannot preserve the old stuff, but on the other it seems to really make a different statement. Well, if it will be removed, and the preservation of it continues after two years. That will be something.

I bet the original owners are spinning like a leg of lamb in their graves over the art work on their castle. How kewl of the owners to allow this art work! Pretty interesting drawings~ Aloha~
