APO and PSP
OK, I can see that I am going to have trouble naming these APO images :-) I'm still frustrated with being more original. Right now all I can seem to do is fiddle with someone else's starting point. I'm not even sure that's allowed....what are the rules about starting out with something in the Parameters>apophysis flame folder?

Cool image!! I think you did a great job naming this. As far as the rules about using something in the parameters folder, i could be wrong but i think as long as you give credit to the originator no one could complain. Thats just my opinion though.

Nice render, and some very sharp, pointy pieces on the end, giving it an almost dangerous look, lol! And as to the rules about starting with someone else's render/flame, I think, if I'm not terribly mistaken, that it's about the same thing as for UF or any other fractal image: change it around to where it cannot be recognized as the originator's work at all, but is a totally different piece, and then you can call it your own. Change the gradient, change the look of it entirely, and I think you won't have any problems or complaints. I think that's likely right, anyway... but nice work, so keep on going! :D

I don't think there are any hard and fast rules, but you can mention the flames originator's name, if you know it. I think doffodilbaggins (quote above me) pretty much says it all! This one is cool, and I love the name .. giggles, very octopus like and then there's all those cute little tentacle grabbers on that one big tentacle!

Beautiful!

Interesting flame--sometimes I think getting a good start depends on your karma! Certainly folks who've played with it longer than I seem to get more good starts, tho, so perhaps Apo responds to persistence--it seems almost sentient sometimes----LOL
