This is a rhubarb plant in my garden. It flowers if you let it, and that's what happened here. Then you cut it and make the pie. Enjoy, Tara!!!

I have never seen this either. I was scared off of rhubarb when I was little. Mother was cutting some up to make a pie and casually mentioned that certain parts were poison. I loved my mother but she was a difficult woman so just to be sure she didn't feed me the wrong part, I never ate any of her rhubarb pie. Still can't bring myself to eat it. LOL A really cool shot!
