Its either deep soft mud, or theres a fine art to keeping these upright when the tide is out. Great photo mate.

fabulous compo !! beautiful old boat in a dryed up place there=the people sitting there on the dock really tops it off nicely!!

Nice color oppositon between the colorful boat and the grey-green harbor concrete. The 2 people top left add interest to the scene which is helped by the ropes which go diagonnally, down to the bottom right of the pict.
