Description

This is Balance Rock in the "Garden of the Gods" located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This whole area was fascinating to me. This was my first visit west... I really want to go back.

You just can't beat mother natures engineering, mind you I bet today's engineers could build one just like this, but it's not the same is it. When you think how long it took nature to erode this rock. Not even in the same ball park. Excellent capture, would have liked something in to give a sense of scale though. Fantastic subject. Bravo!!!!!5++++
