Description

This hare is probably on its way back to basecamp after munching on some cut roses left at a graveside. Hares and rabbits differ in several key ways. Hares legs and ears are longer than rabbits. Hares longer limbs give them a loping run as can be seen in this shot. Also their flesh has a stronger flavour often described as more "gamey", whereas everyone knows that rabbits (and humans) taste like chicken.
