Description

"Blow, wind, blow! And go, mill, go! That the miller may grind his corn; That the baker may take it, And into rolls make it, And send us some hot in the morn." ~ Mother Goose

Another infrared view of the Bok Tower as it sits atop the highest point in all of south and central Florida (298 feet above sea level). For an added twisted, I mirrored part of the image to create the fantastic tree and face of a puffing cloud giant. Have a terrific weekend everyone! ------

Thanks for your untidy comments on my previous upload, thumb_1520274.jpg Unkempt II (the typos in my limericks are fixed) ----- Sony DSC-P200 (IR Converted) & PhotoshopCS. (1007) Lake Wales, FL, USA 2007 Sponsored by: ott_bot1.gifKramer Kreations ohm.gif

Love your postwork, that cloud looks superb and the tree looks as though it has a totem pole through it [a great effect]. The IR gives this picture a magical look.

Very nice. I like how the clouds don't bleed together with the tree line like a lot of ir photos tend to do.

Absolutely enchanting! I love the "mirror imaging! I can't imagine how difficult it is to take one small thing out. It seems amazing to me that the highest point in FLA is 298 feet. My basement floor is @ 500 feet above sea level!

Fantastic image. The color contrast between foreground & background is very dramatic & the mirroring was a brilliant touch. The cloud giant looks like a wide-eyed cyclops to me (I can see it as a two-eyed face if I try, but that's not what I see naturally)...

I love how you did the mirrored part of the image, it looks like father winter's face in the cloud and that mirrored tree has a special quality to it. Great artwork!
