I like the sky and composition very much. I do not feel comfortable with the color of the dirt and plants. I think it might also take away from the nice deep shadows that are in this and that might define the texture better. Just my opinion, of course.

You don't see colour combinations like this in one image too often. The dark foreground with a bright blue and white sky in the background. I'll bet there was a big dark rain cloud overhead.
