I once was threatened by a personification of the Kenyese President for even hinting a "Skyhawk" would make a better ground attack than a "Hunter." I suppose that sort of "lies, pack of lies and suspicion" came to haunt me as my sons and I edged up to a "Harrier" at an El Toro Air Show to see what daddy did in the war. A voice from behind us yelled, "Hey, get away from her majesty's defense." I turned to look at a somewhat schoolboy face twisted in rage.

nice shot from a good pov, catching the lovely lines of this plane. the 2-seater turned out to be a bit faster than the single-seater, due to being more stream-lined.

The Hunter is a all time classic and probably still in service someplace on our little ball of happiness. Proves that you don't need to go Mach 1 to make a good combat plane.
