now that is a hood ornament. a lady after my own heart. There are still Nashes out there? Cool. This is from a time when thought was really put into cars. ever aspect of it. The hood ornament is not only classy, but a true work of art. thanks for sharing

And...you could sit on the hood and the metal did not give in even a tiny bit! Fine shot of historia..something meaningful to me. The reflections make metal shots difficult but the overall "almost hi key" effect works very well. Thanks for this one.

The bathtub Nash that looked like someone had fired a shot gun out the back of the fenders after a few years in snow and salt and that you dared not lift on a frame lift as it had none and you would lift it by it's seats. The father of my newspaper delivery substitute had one. He died of a congenital heart defect about a year and a half after he took over my route. His mother never forgave though we had talked about it before he began. Mike had his heart set on it. Nash is a word for woman so let's get one more out. My mother once told me M.A.D.D. will never forgive you because you once drove drunk even though you have no car and haven't driven in decades. It was because my uncle August had run a red light once and killed someone. Otherwise the threat would have had no venom. I milk it weekly to keep it in a pen.

This a wonderful mascot.I doubt if you would be allowed to use this in the UK,as it would not fold back.Even Jaguar had to stop putting their Mascots on the bonnets.Rolls Royce get away with it because they either fold back or retract on impact.Ken do you have a photo of the "Nash".I would like to see what one looks like?.Alec
