well i `m back and had a great weekend :o).. never took many pics as ashleigh took most of my time as usual lol .i managed to sneak off and take a few shots of the coastline aswell as a few others ,nothing special i dont think and no where near as good as aleds but i`ll get there in the end i hope lol.anyway this was taken from the top of the cliffs in the campsite and i think i saw it better than i took it if you understand what i mean lol mick

Ah! You see Mick what it is Aled is on the opposite coast to you, he gets the sun setting out at sea, you get it rising, its just not the same. Well thats my thoughts on the matter anyhow. Great shot, don't undersell yourself, I do know what you mean though, it just isn't the same when you get home and look at it on a 19" monitor. It is still that one second in time though, this is how I see photography. We point the camera at a subject and freeze it for a fraction of a second. Then when we feel like it we can go back to that time and see it again and if it gave us pleasure when we took it, there will still be some pleasure in the image to hang on to for another fraction of time. You also share that time with anybody else that sees that same image. Excellent photography, brought a few memories back to me of when I visited that area with my mother when she was alive. So thanks for sharing and the memories. Bravo!!!!!
