I was all set to post the colour version of this when I thought 'I wonder it would look like in b+w?'. I'm glad I did as I much prefer this one, lol. Looks a wee bit sharper at full size too. Thanks for taking a look, any comments/suggestions are , as always, very much appreciated. :) - Andy -

I am a huge fan of B/W but mostly of duo-tones since the secondary colour adds greater depth and increases the range of the tones. I am however wondering if the darkening of the sky (if this was done in postwork) is a little too much, as I would lighten it just a tad, otherwise we have a fantastic classic photograph here. this is a spectacular scene, i'd be interested in seeing it in color too. the sky looks very dramatic, great textures in the foreground as well. well seen and excuted.
