Work in progress.
Trying to obtain a nice dark scene here.
Submitted in the critique gallery... so you know what to do.
Thanks for commenting. Critiques so far:
- Look into the stray light position/check the reason of the white halo around her. I will do it. I've noticed DS has this problem while rendering in PNG and TIFF. The images always have a slight pixel residue around them. Will look for a solution
- Pants texture. I forgot to check the bump map. Will do it.
- Front hand position/ no shadows. This is in fact strange since the hand is really resting on her hip. I should maybe shadow a bit more the fill lights.

This is a really strong image. There are only 2 things I notice. First, there is a slight border of white pixels around the figure that detaches her from the background and makes her stand out in what I assume is an unintentional manner. Second, I would work on the posing of her left hand, because it seems to me like it's supposed to be resting on her hips, but there are no shadows to give it that effect. Other than that, I think this is a great piece.

awesome, I agree with the above comment, though I think the lighting one may be from a stray light somewhere behind her, might want to move it slightly, other than that, excellent image

nice image - like the light and texturing. Just one thing from me - the pants look a bit smooth compared to the other items, would have thought they'd have the same texture/roughness as her sleeves. Like it muchly:)

Hmm, it looks as if the hand may be wavering above the hips rather than resting . Damn if only I could rotate this to check... I think that may be the old poser issue of not getting close enough to pose the hand - to get any degree of accuracy you have to be very close. Like the image though ;-)
