Description
Working on creating lekku maps from displacement maps. It seems to be working well. I don't use displacement maps often. They are really powerful.
No postwork other than signature.

Wow, they are comming along great. So that is V4, huh? I believe it is, and the Twi'lik head, did you make that yourself? Looks awesome all together.

Fabulous image!!

Hey Papachile. Thanks for continuing to comment on my images. It is V4, with some custom textures and morphs. I would like to say I did the lekku myself, but I am still not that far in my organic modelling. These are a free set from V3 by a person named Jarok. I can find info about them online, but can no longer find a link for downloading them. The lekku wrap are displacement maps, hence the image, I like how they look too. The outfit is future cop. I have some more texturing work to do on it, but I like how it's coming along.

Looks good. I'm studying animation in school. I'm hoping that this quarter I can learn some modelling so that I can figure out how to do Togruta lekku. I want to make a Shaak Ti Prop for all those lekku lovers out there.
Warangel
Geez Tarnsman, where have you been? The lekku lovers have been trying to find a modeller to do some custom lekku with various lekku wraps for a while now, even might be able to pool some funding to help your efforts! Stay in touch for sure.

Great lekku wraps, and keen pic!

Excellent work on the displacement maps, and a most effective way to give life to the wraps without actually having to model them in (thus allowing you to remove the wraps with a simple change in texture). As for tarnsman, I believe Noggins made a Shaak-Ti head prop a few years ago, though I don't think it's available for download anymore, and it was wasn't articulate, it was a static prop.
