Description

From a childrens book idea Ive had bouncing around in my head for a while, but havent done much with. This kid makes these weatherpants. They shoot weather out of the thingies near the knees and ankles.. Clouds, rain, etc. Goes to school with them on. Craziness happens. Photoshop 6, wacom tablet, pencil sketch.
