Description
This was actually started as an entry for the Poser Banner Challenge. But I found the challenge's size restrictions were too small for this particular image.
I may repost if I can find some decent chains but I used what I had on hand. Hope it's not too distracting. Take care.

you know, i was just telling my boyfriend the other day that i hadn't seen any unique renders of The Ministry (including my own unfinished work). very nice work composing a very individual scene.
