Description

TeraiYuki2, pretty simple poser render with tons of postwork in Photoshop. Idea taken from a small drawing by Matt Thompson. I just sat and made a 3d version of it. Thanks for looking, comments and criticisms are more than just welcomed. Copyright credit belongs to Matt Thompson and Wizards of the Coast

Great aspect of a social statement. Not sure what you had in mind, but I think I might know where you were headed. The dissolving part of the composition feels a bit superimposed or tooney in contrast to the rendered look of the figure. There was a controlled palette going on until I saw the eyes behind her. The red veins in the eyes breaks it for me. This has to do with the lettering streams coming out or into the subjects skull. Perhaps it might suit the image better if the eyes were mechanical in their design as well as the hands, and color coordinated to fit the palette already established. This image for me is really close to something truly extraordinary with a little more work.
