Description

Shot taken a little while back. I adore foxgloves. I grew a forest of them on my railways garden this Summer. Sir David is home. All I seem to do is cook!! A late upload. I am sorry I have not been in galleries these last days. I will catch up. When David is here I will ask him to look at my work before I post it... He said he liked the helicopter!!! My bee.. ehi.. men!! Thank you for looking and for treasured comments. I am burning the midnight oil.... Diane. xx

Thank you for mentioning these beautiful flowers were called foxgloves, which I had mixed up with lupins :-)Warm and amazing light in this capture, I guess there are so many things to enjoy living by the sea and close to the countryside.Lucky you! Have a sunny Sunday, Diane, and hope everything's fine with you :-)JL

Gorgeous and crisp image! I was wondering if that was actually a bee, a helicopter, or a Russian mosquito (which could be the size of a helicopter) but yeah, it's definitely a bee...but anyway, this is a fantastic, crisp, and gorgeous image; a nice compliment to the other great works in your gallery.

They are lovely. I like the other as well, which means it may be a weed. Catching the fly was a bit of all right. Enjoy your time together. My best to you both.

I am also growing foxgloves as they are a forgotten oldie that look so cheerful in the garden. I love this great shot and the bee is a bonus.
