Description

Hi All.. Nearly two weeks now with connectivity problems from home that have me in absolute R'osity withdrawals! WHY is it that you can insist to your ISP that there's a problem...and they still hesitate to believe, or just insist that they know best? Sighhhh. As I grow older, I find that I can always forgive sheer ignorance, but have absolutely zero tolerance for persistent STUPIDITY. But, finally, this weekend, after me digging my heels in and refusing to budge with these beligerant morons, and, well yeah, a new modem helps, too...it seems I may be able to finally hold up for longer than mere minutes...(*crossing fingers*) So, a tiny, but meaning-filled equinox heart-offering to each of you.. with apologies that I've been missing all your wonderful stuff.Initially, I was going to post a lovely image full of fall colors...then changed my mind, thinking, what better to hope for, than we each walk through the stiller days ahead, emerging with exactly what this little, but powerful stone represents...love...above, about, and beyond all else. So, here she is...and both the image and words that follow, are for each of you..... Long awaited, respite, with balance, graciously bestowed by the universe itself: dark and light, in perfect equality, slow-dance their convergence, entwined, entangled, like oblivious lovers, they stillness descends, in softest whispers, as Nightfall, she laps lovingly at the very heels of Day, beckoning, seducing, his submission leaves, as burdens, fall away, carelessly, yet deliberately, and the child, Reflection, sputters... a first tiny breath Happy Sunday and Autumn wishes! And, as usual, thank you's for the comments on things that have come before..for images added to favorites...and to each of you who has added me to your fav artists list, too. I could ramble on and on, (uh-huhhh...and you KNOW how wordy I can be in print) ...but would never fully be able to express what each means to me. Thoughts and hugs, Nancy~*

I was wondering where you were!! I missed you! And as to technology, and dealing with tech companies of ANY sort, you have my complete, total, entire, absolute sympathy! Been there, done that, and more than once! Grrrrrrrr is right! Sometimes you do have to dig in your heels and insist that they acquiesce to your common sense instead of following their own stupidity! Sakes, but it does get old, doesn't it! Lovely texturing in this piece, and somehow, I see a very delicate, flittering, fluttering moth of pink and green. Sweet work, and I'm so glad you're back! I've been posting stuff with browns, and wishing you were around to see them! hugs

Digital technology is great but we all are now so vulnerable, much more than our grandparents, and they still were happy (or not, I don't know exactly, I only know they didn't create fractals). Nice work, with an amount of spirituality.

Subtle, nicely executed. Color usage is the most impressive for me. I just don't see it used a lot, and well to boot! Excellent.
