Description
The leaves will turn and it gets darker sooner. Then the rain and snow will come. The slush, the drifts, the icy winds. The cold floors at night, wet shoes and the frozen pipes.
Wait a minute... I live in Southern California. I don't have to worry about that kind of stuff. Sorry.

Thanks, Dave, for rubbing it in. Grin. Of course, you can't go dashing through the snow in a one-horse sled, can you?--Translate that as big four-wheel drive pickup or SUV. Well, I guess you could, if you headed for the mountains, but that would be cheating.
