Two friends Unique and alike In so many ways Sharing a spot of warmth On a crisp autumn day Tasting the precious moment Before winter carries it away. For you, Laurie, For sharing some Precious moments With me. A week ago, I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing Lauries magnificent Morgans. Not only was I awed by the intelligence and friendliness of these buckskin beauties, but also touched by the love shared between Laurie and her girls. That is Juanita on the right and behind her, Mighty Mouse. Laurie creates the most exquisite horse paintings imaginable, each a work or art and love. Oh wow, Carol...this is so pretty! I've heard from my neighbor, who has a buckskin mare, that particular type of colouring is rare. I don't know much about horses, but I just think they're amazing creatures. You've captured these well, as usual ^.^; Beautiful work, my friend.
