Very nice painting, but I feel there's a small problem with it: you reversed the gun's positions... The leader would be pointing the gun, the second would have it down, otherwise he/she risks blowing the leader's head off :)

This came out very nice. The lighting and atmosphere give it a great dream-like quality - not something you usually see with a military style image. Good use of DoF too.
