a smile is just a frown turned
upside down
and so is an inverted spike
except that it's a spike
and it really isn't like a smile
or a frown either for that matter
So that is why the current housing
numbers, instead of being a sign of
a recession are just being
interpretted as an inverted spike
in the economy
