Description
Fertile pasture with vines in the mid-distance get their vitality in part from this unpredictable volcano. Just yesterday we woke up to news that a small eruption sent two Lahars (mud flows) down the mountain sides from its crater lake. One climber camping near the crater was almost killed but miraculously survived when boulders and water smashed through the roof and walls of the Dome Shelter where he and his mate were staying.
