Description
Hi
Cinema 4D, Maxwell Render & Photoshop
Been working on this for quite a while, a lot of the shaders are my own, some are from the MXM Gallery...
Lit with one Emitter and rendered in approx 4.5 hours on my Quad-Xeon machine
Floor texture was created in 'Filter Forge' and exported out as a diffuse map for use in Cinema 4D
Enjoy, comments are very welcome

A vibrant image with Maxwell showing when used correctly, it's the master of product shots. The modelling looks very good and the diffuse blur of the earpeice material is lifelike. The depth of field is nice too. Not sure if I like the orange surface but it fits with the retro theme.

I agree with Ryan, this is a piece that all should see. Your realism is amazing and I respect your rendertime. :) I love how the pattern of the orange in the headphone seems a bit similar to the floor pattern, eventhough it's not the same. Reflections on the lower part of your model are really one of the most accurate I've seen in a while. Photorealism at it's creative best, congrats!
