Description
Had a few minutes so I started to doodle in photoshop starting with render clouds and continued until I got this. Looked interesting so I thought I'd share

really an unique image. I see some suggestion of Lacquer plugin

If I remember right I was playing with the chrome filter along with the displace distortion filter among others.
