Yup- this is simular to a pic by Barclay Shaw in the book Spectrum.
I got a free background and it just so reminded me of his image I had to whip this up.

To me, there is little in this world more beautiful than the etheral light in clouds at the sun's rise or set. You have made a very viewable painting here. I would like to have seen more haziness, giving a greater sense of depth. I think the tonality of the water is just perfect.
