Description

Spent loads of time getting things wrong with this that it's a wonder I got anything at all :) I've been experimenting with the Garment Maker in Max to try n get some realistic clothes. Toolchain Poser to get a 10 fram anim from zero pose to pose Pomax to get the anim into Max Splines-Garment Maker-Cloth-Local Simulation to create the clothes Cloth-Simulation-Shell to run the cloth through the pose sequence and give the cloth some thickness (I like the seams:) ) Scale to 1% export to obj Import to Poser and adjust position (minimally) to fit to model Save as pz3 Open Vue 6 - set up indoor scene with lighting (test and adjust) Import pz3 Test render Adjust Final Render Hope ya like it :) John

Well worth the effort. Not a Max man myself, but use a similar workflow with Cinema 4d. Is that a vue shader for the texture? - very nice soft highlights/specularity
