years ago I worked in a bakery and we were allowed to eat anything we wanted because they knew after a while we would not be able to stomach it.I quit the job because the smell of the glazing started making me sick. I was unable to eat a glazed donut for several years after.I can eat now but know better. excellent capture. I was in charge of hand dipping donuts in the glaze

Two of the four basic food groups..sugar and grease..the other two being salt and alcohol...:)now I need a couple of these and a glass of cold milk... great idea for a shot..
