Description

The air was deadly calm as you walk down the street. With each step it leads you to the gate. Just as you approach them they begin to open a deep creaking and groaning sound is heard. The wind inside the grave yard picks up the leaves and swirls them around. You try to step back away from the entrance but find your feet will not move. Coming from the mist a woman carrying a lantern. Setting it down on the ground next to her, she extends her arms toward you. "Welcome home, we've been waiting for you." I know it's a little early for Halloween but I've been working on this for weeks. Thank you to all who have visited my gallery and left your comments. They are very appreciated! Your hard work paid off! Leaves, low mist, lighting effect (like the moon) and a beauty! (with very smooth skin ::forehead fixed I see::) Also like what you've done with your signature; small but crystal clear! :)

DLG.. Very, VERY, nice!!! Your work on the little tetails rally makes it great. I'm talking about the light/shadow on the lantern. The moon is just right in size and place. An inviting image with the pose and the leaves pulling you right in !!!!

DLG, great idea and composition, only the expression on her face should be either more welcomimg or more frightening.
