Description

This is a shot from one of the dusty backroads, middle of nowhere.... actually it was in the middle of someone's huge cattle station/ranch. Not much to see but nothingness really, i think this outback home of mine is just beautiful, some people don't see the beauty of this place but all you have to do is open your eyes and the marvel and splendor appears in the colours of the earth and the shape of the trees, maybe i see things in a different light, but i fell in love with this landscape.....i want to go back for more

Very deep comments Sue...I believe there is beauty in all that we see, but I think your landscape would be absolutely spectacular after rain.

A french song says " the desert is growing"
That remind me a fantastic tv documentary which shows that Las Vegas pumps all the water of an enormous agricultural area only so that this artificial city continues to exist, and than participate to the desertification of this area
A very cool composition! thanks for sharing.

You are seeing things in the right light. I just call it positive thinking as opposed to negativity. Your capture is absolutely outstanding.

Beautiful, yes . . . . but wow! I'm totally blown away by the composition of this image. The flat horizon juxtaposed against the wonderful diagonal of the near field objects is awesome. And I love the way the rock in the corner echos that diagonal. This is totally cool!

I see the stunning beauty you see, Sue. Incredible wide open space. Beauty is everywhere, if only we have eyes that see it. I know that you have!!! Superb shot. Hugs. Di. xx

This is not a place I would want to spend any time in. It does have a certain strength and order about it but it is a dangerous and uneasy place I bet. Great shot.

there is a lot to see just open your eyes and see. I know it easy to say but just put your mind to the test and see as a child sees in a world never seen before.
