Description

VAE VICTIS is famous sentence pronounced by Brennus who defeated the Roman Army and reached Roma. But it would be too long to tell the whole story... VAE VICTIS can be translated as is: WOE BETIDE THE DEFEATED The idea came to my mind after having seen KALEYA's Enigma set for the DESTROYER (soon in the store at RMP). It is a very impressive outfit and this set of textures does add more power to the character and scene. I added the background character and chose to let her bald; the first choice was Apollo Maximus but a small issue with the eyebrows obligated me to replace him with another character... V4! The scene is intended to occur in an arena where two warrior women fought. The winner is pronouncing the famous sentence and all interpretations are possible. What is she going to do? Will the defeated girl live? The slave girl behind also wonders... I constructed the scene the way classical paintings are composed. I wanted a very dramatic effect. I hope that I achieved it... Scene composed in POSER and rendered in VUE 6 Pro Studio.
