Description

Here's Christopher learning to fly the KC-135. As you can see, I'll have my work cut out for me when he learns to drive. LOL It was pretty funny...the boy on the left (about all you can see is his cap) kept asking the pilot (you can see a touch of his arm on the right) what the buttons were for and he was having fun pulling the kids leg. One was for an ejector seat, one was for missles (which the kid promptly wanted to push, never mind there were lots of people directly in front of the plane. LOL) It's a cramped cabin, and very utilitarian. Much if not all of the cabling/wiring is unexposed, just hooked up to the ceiling to run back to the rest of the plane. I've got two more of the 135, then at least one or maybe two other shots of military equipment to go. There were also people out from various model airplane clubs flying their craft from the runway so I'll probably upload a few of those. Plus any renders I manage to find/make time for in the next few days. Behind in comments, especially if they're NSFW images...I'll get caught up sooner or later...promise. Oh, and I forgot to give props (though he did get his prize) to pakled for figuring out that I titled the shot of the U2 2 days ago "Rattle And Hum" because it's the title of one of U2's albums...it stuck in my head and was at least somewhat appropriate for an aircraft shot, so I went with it. Flirted with using a shot of the band as a thumb, but forgot when I uploaded it. LOL Hope all's going well with you. Many thanks to those who comment on the photos, even without rendered babes in them. :) John
