I like. Interesting, good effects and lighting, and close enough to photorealistic to amaze. The feet could be a little more detailed, but it's not a major issue and the pic's good enough as it is.

Well, I like the symbolism. Very nice. On a hospital bed, I'm guessing, seeing the proverbial 'light at the end of the tunnel'? Zesty.
