Hmmmmm, you know this is a bit of a sexual picture if you look at it a certain way (Hopefully I'm not offending anyone by saying that). Anyway, I like the tips of seaweed pointing out of the surface of the water. Personally, I'd prefer it being more visible, but I have a bit of a fear of water when I can't see through it. Though there's beauty in blurring as well as clarity :) Might have just caught me in a weird mood. Though I do like the clouds in the water (yes I'm being a bit hypocritical).
