Description
....The favourite sportswomen or -men of the Marathon run start in the front row of the main field, of course, but as the same time as all others. The favourites were flanked by helpers, reporters and others, and policemen with motorbykes open up a passage through the crowd when needed....
Here are two of the quickliest men in the world, both from Kenia:
ABEL KIRUL (2:06:51)in yellow shirt no. 19, who reached the 2nd place. Behind him SALIM KIPSANG in a red shirt, who reached 3rd place (2:07:29)
