Description

Test shot of the new textures for the Sons of Horus, keeping the green-grey color and black trim but darker in tone. The Mk4 Armor is a new mod, it is the one on the far left of your screen with the big studs on the knee pads, I am extremly proud of getting the textures I did on the nose peice and abs to blend fairly seemlessly with the orginal armor. And finally, the new "Battle Tested" or "BT" Armor MATs. These are dirty, scraped and worn but with no rust as I see the Marines as mantaing there armor's intregrety through cleaning fairly regularly, both the metal areas and the armor is rather dirty though, zoom in to see it betters, with paint flecks, irregular scrap patterns etc. This may take a little getting used too as a pattern, but it is, I think, fairly realistic wear and tear and general dirt and wear, and adds a touch I at least rather like. Doing these took forever, and about killed me, the results may not be to everyone's liking but I at least am generally happy and rather proud of these. Thanks for taking a look! ~Crimson ^^

These texture variations look great! Given the amount of wear, it almost makes them seem a completely different legion. You really do great work recreation all of these chapters. I have one word for you... More. :)
