water effect is ok but there is more detail needed in the eyes. in the eyes there is no details like highlight, reflected lights.At this stage its looking very flat & 1 tone. Only black. I think u suppose to use brown colour in the eyes.When you are useing black colour in the water colour protrait, the protrait is looking very dull. In water colour media, black colour use only for shadows. In the hair also there is more detail needed. Drawing is fine & overall looks is good.
