Description

Ultra Fractal with slight embossing in PSP. For anyone who is interested in the particulars, here's what I used: For the pole: Simply Spirals (tma2.ufm) with UF3 Orbit Traps (dmj3.ucl) - point trap For the vines: Julia Tricorn (sp.ufm) with fBm Popcorn Trap (mt.ucl) For the fence: Mitch's Julia (lkm.ufm) with Rose Range Lite (lkm.ucl) For the stars: Pixel (mt.ufm) with Starfield (jos.ucl) For the moon: Pixel (2 Iterations) (sam.ufm) with Popcorn Plasma (mt.ucl) Mappings: rdw_Mapping (rdw.ufx) Perlin Noise (mt.ufx) Turbulence (mt.ufx) The rest of the stuff is pretty much self-evident, I think.... Just a little bit of whimsy for a Friday evening. I've been working on this one for a couple of months... and it's a relief to call it done... ;) Thanks so much for having a look! And many thank-you's for the gracious feedback you were so kind to leave under "Monkey-tail Orchid"... ya'll are the best!! Hugs! Helen :)

No, I think that you are pretty much the best; all the proof needed is right here for all to see. Those plump and happy little mandys seem to be into their performance and it's a perfect evening for a dance.

Well, I don't know where I'VE been, not knowing you could use more than one formula in a fractal! DUH!! This piece is such a revelation (thanks to your revealing some of what you did...thank you!)...it's just amazing. As Daff said, you surely do know what you are doing! Simply beautiful and so imaginative!

Again, such a lovely, but most of all amazing, composition. And thank you for sharing with us which formulas you used. I know I always tend to keep to the known ones and therefore never find such different-looking things. Will check these out for sure.

With all the awesome talent here at Renderosity, I hate to play favourites, but I HAVE to agree with Redbeard. If you look long enough at this one, it posesses an Escheresque (is that a real word??) effect which only adds to the fun. Cheers, LM :-)))
