Description

This time no portrait, but a view from an old Steel Factory in the Ruhrgebiet. This big times of steel fabrication in that area is gone, and so is the time of the coal mines. Only one is left and will close as the others in Germany latest in 2018. Both branches made the Ruhrgebiet the biggest industrialized area in Europe. So this photo is a kind of "Good-bye" to those times. Thanks for viewing and commenting.

The death of our beauties of antan returns to us a little austere..But your photographs will remain and the remainder will leave in fume.Bravo and and mile mercies for this division history ((5++))..........................................((Tu sais mon ami Je ne crois pas que les usines de maintenant sont beaucoup meilleur en fait d'écologie et je crois que tout était beaucoup plus robuste maintenant cela fait peur des fois . There really is such a thing as industrial beauty, and you have captured it in a wonderful and compelling way. I love the repeated shapes, the reflections in the water, the eerie silence, the warm light. What a wonderful image - thank you for sharing this!

This is, indeed, a masterpiece of industrial photography, and something I have a new appreciation for, after living in Dortmund for one and counting. There is a strange kind of austere beauty to places like this, and when they're closed down, there is an amazingly haunting quality to them. You've captured a lot in this image, great form, color, mood, and contrast...all of it works beautifully together. Great work!

Laura (stunning portrait, very pretty girl) "invited" me to your gallery and I see much I like. I'll return later to have a closer look, but generally speaking I can say I really like what you do. This one is superb.
