Along RGUS's thinking, yes and that mischievous look would no doubt account for the slight scarring over her upper lip and on her chin. I know you said the skin needed work but for this particular render of this particular character in this particular pose with that expression it works very well. Hope to see you finish this little beauty.

Espeially LIKE this natural look around the eyes and the nose and at the chin too, Amy. IMHO You could leave the texture as it is, but hey, You are the specialist in skinning ^^ Ant at least: great head studies! :O)
