My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Strange, the Julia Child I recall from television is no way as lovely as her namesakes. I see no resemblance whatsoever. In any case, the colors, textural and lighting effects in these roses are superb, although I feel, as usual, you went too overboard on the full view. It just isn't that I can't see 85% of it anyway, but that the textures lose their soft blending and get over pixelated.

Gorgeous work!!

Gorgeous yellow rose in three version. Some of the rose name so simple some makes us wonder what is behind a name.

Stunning photos, Tara! Maybe "Julia Child" because they're as yellow as that real butter she always used...? ;o)

All three are great, but I like the first best... there's something about all the potential and promise in a rosebud that's simply unbeatable in my view.
