One voice among the clamor of thousands heartfelt and descending pulling from you the essence of your immortal soul open wide your eyes the suffering that exists within unbridled and raw wounds weeping blood and pain of the unfulfilled promises we keep to ourselves never seeing the light molded seeds of discontent never sprouting wings of silk to fly in unladen air careless the heat of passion rising like an unseen wind flowing thoughts and feelings into the depths of heart and soul reading these words may they move you in mysterious ways reaching into feeling turning feelings outwards to wordless thought thoughtless words fertilizing your soul reaching out empty handed asking for nothing giving all that you have become detached illusion reigns so strongly that you are blinded by mothlike prophecies in the ashes of deception finding your selves burnt and charred having stared into the light until you were blinded I feel the sadness of a thousand souls ripped from the joys of a life well lived seeking that which we cannot have so we may find that which we possess.
