Description

This was done in three hours for Anathematix's "rework an image of hers contest". This is a rework of her image Yburiathe, which I've named Dark Yburiathe. She was painted by scratch in Photoshop and Painter. Anathematix's original image was used as reference. The hair was challenging to say the least!

This is absolutely gorgeous! You paint so well and with fluidity that is captivating. There was a video of a Madonna song, "Rain" that came out years ago. I remember being struck by its visual style - dark and entrancing, very reminiscent of this piece. Lovely!
